This is important for previous patients that have had chiropractic
treatment in the past. If you continue to treat over long periods of
time, and you do not seem to be getting well, you may need a
rehabilitation program in addition to your chiropractic treatment.
I have a Diplomate level degree in rehabilitation from the American
Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board. I am one of the only two
Chiropractors in the state of Kentucky with this level of training.

What happens when you go to the chiropractor?
Going to any type of Doctor, especially a type of doctor who you have
never seen before, usually makes people nervous. From the moment you
step inside my office, my staff and I will do what we can to make your
visit comfortable. At my office I treat a wide variety of symptoms

There is an easy down-loadable set of Patient Information Forms that you
can fill out and bring with you to your appointment at my office.
This will allow for a shorter office wait when you come in. If you
have any problems filling out the questionnaires one of my staff will be
